When can I get an out-of-hours appointment?

Extra GP appointments will be available between:

• 6.30pm – 8.00pm weekdays 
• 9.00am – 5.00pm weekends 

However, people will only be seen if they have booked an appointment.

How can I book one of these appointments?

The appointments may be at another practice in the PCN so please ask which site you need to attend when booking 

If you need medical help now, use Get help for your symptoms - NHS 111  or Call 111.

111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

We have in place:

• Ramp to access the building and lift to access the first floor
• All the doors are wide for wheelchair access and have accessible opening button for wheelchair users
• Disabled toilet facilities
• Disabled parking spaces
• A hearing loop
• Disabled patients are able to telephone the practice from outside on arrival if they require any assistance in accessing the building or its services
